WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A MACHINE IS NOT WORKING?

If a machine appears out of service, please email info@modernmarthawaii.com with the machine location. Our technicians typically respond within 4 hours during business hours.

HOW OFTEN ARE MACHINES RESTOCKED?

Restocking frequency depends on your location and usage patterns. Most machines are restocked 2–3 times per week. Our AI monitoring system tracks inventory levels and automatically schedules restocks when items run low.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Our machines accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless payment methods. Some machines also accept cash. All transactions are processed securely.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND FOR A FAILED TRANSACTION?

If you were charged but did not receive your item, contact us with the machine location, approximate time of purchase, and the item you selected. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC PRODUCTS IN MY LOCATION'S MACHINE?

Absolutely. We tailor product selections to each location. Property managers and tenants can submit product requests through the support form below or by emailing us. We review requests during the next restocking cycle.

IS THERE A COST TO THE PROPERTY FOR HAVING A MACHINE INSTALLED?

No. Modern Mart covers all costs including the machine, installation, stocking, maintenance, and electricity offsets. There is zero cost to property owners or managers — it is a fully managed amenity.
